Touchstone Energy is more than advertising. It is a promise to the members that co-ops will provide reliable energy services through superior customer service while being committed to the community that they serve. Touchstone Energy is a tool for building unity within the co-op family.

Why do co-ops need a brand?

In 1998 46 co-ops across the nation together developed the branding program because of a changing industry and demographics among the members. Research determined the need to:

Effectively share resources among co-ops
