2012 Director Employee Seminar

The East River Director and Employee Seminar is scheduled for February 1-2, 2012.

The seminar will be held at the Holiday Inn City Centre, Sioux Falls, South Dakota.  The program is scheduled to begin at 12 noon with a luncheon on Wednesday, February 1, and conclude at approximately 11 a.m. on Thursday, February 2.

A block of rooms is being held at the Holiday Inn City Centre.  The rate is $94.00 plus tax per room.  To make your reservations, call 605.339.2000 and request the East River Electric conference block.  Please call as early as possible to make your reservations. The room block expires on January 1.

Registration
Registration for the 2012 Seminar is available through East River Electric’s website.  The registration fees are $150 for each person from your cooperative.  You do not need to send a registration fee for your East River director or make their room reservation.  East River will make all of the arrangements for the East River directors.  Guests are welcome to attend the dinner on Wednesday evening with a guest fee of $30 to cover the dinner costs.  Please indicate on the registration form if guests are planning to attend to help us make final arrangements.  Registration should be completed by January 20, 2012. A cancellation fee of $50 will be assessed for registrations cancelled after Wednesday, January 25, 2012.
